Heidi is a registered psychologist with over 15 years’ of experience. She holds experience working in health, performance, sport, and disability services. Heidi is experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults. She is focused on building strengths and developing strategies to support each client to achieve their potential. Heidi is known for her empathetic and supportive approach and holds an ability to connect with clients. She is highly skilled at presenting psychological interventions to clients in a practical and relevant way.
Heidi is competent in implementing a range of diagnostic assessments including cognitive, Autism, and other neurodiverse disorders. Assessment is followed by support and psychoeducation to understand the strengths and challenges related to outcomes. Heidi holds a master’s in Sport
Psychology and holds an interest in clients overcoming performance anxieties and building mental resilience in performance, sport, work, and study.
Special interests: Children presenting with behavior challenges, neurodiverse presentations – for example, ADHD, ASD, and specific learning disorders, disability, complex childhood/early life trauma, diagnostic assessment, maximizing performance potential, and HSC performance.
